Privacy & Cookies

Privacy Policy

The below privacy policy only covers how we collect and use data, and how to tell us if you want us to forget you. If you want to know how we use cookies, you’ll need to scroll down the page a bit.

How we collect data

We collect data in 4 instances: if you sign up to our newsletter, if you use our contact form to get in touch, if you sign up as a member or purchase additional resources or services or if you email us directly.

In any of these instances we only ask for your name, company name, and email address. If you provide any further data this is by your own choice.

How we use your data

We collect data to be able to use it in one of three ways: to respond to your enquiry, to sign you up for our newsletter, or to create your membership account.

We may register you for our newsletter if you submit an enquiry and become a member, partner, sponsor or ambassador. We do this to keep you informed about what is happening at the Sustainable Wedding Alliance to help make you aware of any notices or offers that may be applicable to you.

We will only share your data with other individuals or organisations that are relevant to your membership.

We will gladly delete your data, or unsubscribe you from our newsletter, if you request it. You can email us at any time to do this.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy to protect your personal information. It is your responsibility to review this policy to stay up to date on how we protect your information. By using this website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
