Hi, I’m Emma! As Community Manager, I’m here to make sure our members feel supported, connected and get the most from being part of the SWA community. With over two decades of experience in organising and coordinating events, I bring a practical, organised and people-focused approach to my role. I’m often the person behind the scenes, keeping things running smoothly, solving problems and making sure all the moving parts come together. I love working with our members and seeing the incredible businesses within our community grow and make positive changes. I’m passionate about creating a space where wedding professionals can share ideas, learn from each other and feel empowered to build more sustainable businesses.
